Painting and Decorating
Our painting and decorating team carry out cyclical decoration works. These are set in a programme which is agreed in advance and based on client instruction and resident consultation. Lampton Services also redecorates the communal areas of sheltered housing developments, and each year decorates the rooms of around 100 elderly and vulnerable tenants.
Repairs work
Our repairs team comprises of experts in their chosen field. Works include: Plastering, Laying flooring, Decorating, Damp and mould remediation, Ground works, and a host of other minor jobs.
Kitchen and Bathroom Installations
We have a dedicated in-house delivery team to undertake kitchen and bathroom refurbishment. This ensures the same operatives deliver the installations from start to finish. Works typically take one week, with the resident seeing the same team for the duration The team also carries out the installation of any special adaptations, including wetrooms and other Disabled Facilities Grant works.
Skilled Electricians
Our highly-skilled electricians are on hand to support residents with any electrical issue. From repairs to larger projects, you can be assured of the safest, high quality work by our operatives.
